Residential Design. (ongoing)

This project started as a loft conversion with an extension at the back of the house.

Due to crumbling brickwork and safety reasons, we decided to take down the the back of the the entire 3 storey house and rebuild from the ground up. Complete refurb on the rest of the house also had to be done.

Triple beams, bolted at 600 centres going 100mm into the wall to secure.

Timber wall for loft conversion being built with 150x50mm c24 timber. On the spec was 100x50mm. We decided bigger will be better over the 6m span

Steel beams being put in place. In total there was 8 beams with one at 205x205x93kg at 6m.

With construction in the back area of the house, the front section had to be refurbished as well. this is a room plastered.
